‘The Actor's Presence’ is promising to be an exciting course offering the individual actor the opportunity to explore their own potential to produce a dynamic and creative presence in performance.

Releasing the actor's creativity through observation, imagination and improvisation

There are two inter-related strands to the course. Led by Jude Tisdall, currently on the faculty of Mountview, participants will work on achieving physical ease, presence and effective use of the body through intensive practical work in the Alexander Technique. With Paul Clements students will create a dramatic character and make a short play through the application of Mike Leigh's way of releasing the actor's creativity through observation, imagination and improvisation.

The course will be held at the International People's College in Helsingr, Denmark from Sunday 16 to Saturday 22nd August.
