Young, dynamic company set to launch new concerts

Established musical theatre performers alongside new talent are set to perform a series of concerts and recordings that arrange musical theatre songs into acoustic, unplugged covers.

Producers of West End Switched Off, Parallel Productions, are a dynamic young company led by director and producer Kris Rawlinson. The company was established earlier this year with the aim of producing a wide range of work, from the cutting edge and emerging to the well-established.

Their first offering is an official Gala Launch which will give audiences a glimpse of what is to come. It has been described as a ‘fusion of cabaret and concert, musical theatre and acoustic arrangements’ and will host a range of experienced performers including Jordan Lee Davies who was recently seen on BBC’s The Voice. He also played Dickon in The Secret Garden. Jeremy Legat who played Boq in Wicked will also join Sabrina Aloueche (Les Miserables) and Ambra Caserotti (Rent).

The Assistant Producer, Ed Theakston, regularly contributes to Fourthwall Magazine.
